Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure incidents and service requests are resolved efficiently.
  • Oversee resource allocation to maintain service continuity during peak periods.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex issues.

About You:

  • You will have experience in managing and developing teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Strong technical expertise in desktop support (Windows, iOS, Linux, MacOS) and specialized configurations.
  • Knowledge of process improvement and performance monitoring.

Requirements:

  • Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum
  • A degree in Computer Science or related field
