Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Regional Brand Manager to join our team in London, England. As a key member of our EMEA Marketing team, you'll be responsible for building brand awareness and consideration across the Middle East region. You'll partner with internal stakeholders and external regional partners to develop locally relevant campaigns and drive business results.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional marketing strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Partner with internal teams to build localized marketing plans and activate tactics across markets.
  • Manage regional budgets and forecast monthly expenses.
  • Provide regular visibility to internal parties on regional marketing progress and results.
  • Travel regularly to relevant markets to support campaign activations and team collaboration.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in franchise channels management, with evidence of delivering 360° brand campaigns via franchise partners.
  • Strong commercial acumen and Excel skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-channel retail environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with franchise partners to build relationships and successful brand campaigns.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management across levels within an organization.
  • Customer-focused approach.
  • Experience in the Middle East advantageous but not required.

Estimated Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is around £60,000 - £80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
