Job Opportunity for a Deputy Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at a purpose-built care home in the Bourne, Lincolnshire area. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing residents' needs and developing care plans to meet their changing physical, social, and psychological needs
  • Communicating effectively with visitors, including family, friends, and external stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and best practice guidelines
  • Managing medicines and promoting high standards of nursing care
  • Leading and supervising a team to ensure smooth and efficient shift operations

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Previous experience in older people's care, preferably in a similar role
  • Caring and compassionate nature, with excellent clinical skills
  • Passion for delivering outstanding care to older people
  • Excellent organisation and leadership skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Flexibility, professionalism, and commitment to excellence
