About the role:
As a Clinical Mental Health Practitioner, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality community mental health services. Your responsibilities will include participating in multi-disciplinary assessments, formulating and implementing care plans, and providing treatment as necessary.
Key responsibilities:
- Participate in multi-disciplinary assessments of patients' health conditions.
- Formulate and implement care plans.
- Provide treatment, as necessary.
- Use evidence-based practice and specialist skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate interventions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in line with professional standards.
- Stay current with the latest mental health advancements and best practices.
Requirements and qualifications:
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have current and valid registration with the NMC, proven experience within a community recovery role, strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
