About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Support Worker to join our team at Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust. As a Support Time and Recovery Worker, you will play a vital role in promoting recovery and well-being for individuals with severe and enduring mental health needs.

Main Responsibilities

Key duties of the role include:

  • Establishing therapeutic relationships with service users to promote engagement and independence
  • Collaborating with occupational therapists and nursing staff to facilitate effective functioning of a depot/clozapine clinic
  • Visiting service users in their homes as required
  • Participating in groups with psychology and occupational therapy teams
