Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Argyll Bute Council. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Social Work Community team, ensuring the smooth delivery of services to local adults.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality administrative support to the Social Work Community team, including minute-taking and meeting coordination.
  • Manage office reception duties, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries.
  • Monitor and respond to team email mailbox enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process invoices and orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Update electronic service user records, maintaining confidentiality and data security.
Requirements
  • A good basic education, with excellent IT skills and experience in office administration.
  • Understanding of confidentiality and data security, with the ability to maintain sensitive information.
  • Internal system check and PVG check may be required for this role.
