Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dive Team Coordinator to join our team in Oban. As a Dive Team Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the dive team and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management
    • Manage the schedules of dive team members, including timetables, holidays, and overtime.
    • Process the registration of vehicles for each team member.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Draw up order forms for sub-contractors every 15 days.
    • Check the training register.
    • Request diving certificates and medical examinations and add them to a file.
  • Communication
    • Send regular emails to confirm bookings for the coming week and to check availability for the following week.
  • Financial Management
    • Create an invoice template with payment dates and contact form.
    • Add the contact form details to the system as a new supplier.
  • Customer Service
    • Create a new contact in our software for new customers.
    • Manage/update mooring database.
    • Create relevant dive days on our software and add individual moorings.
