Asahi UK is seeking a Customer Service Operations Manager to join our Supply Chain function. The successful candidate will be responsible for the execution of all supply chain service activities, administration, and reporting related to the order-to-cash cycle on all beer deliveries.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing manual and automated system order processes, ensuring accurate invoicing, and managing credits in a timely manner. They will also be responsible for analyzing data, responding to customer questions, and supporting the accurate capture of order incidents.

The Customer Service Operations Manager will work closely with the wider business planning, logistics, sales, and finance teams to achieve On-Time and In-Full service metrics for all customers. They will also be responsible for setting the right impression as the first point of contact with customers and consumers over the phone and via email.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with ERP systems, and intermediate Excel skills. They will also be able to tailor their communication style to suit different groups of people.

This is a fixed-term contract opportunity for 6 months, and the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering 2024 marketing and commercial plans. They will also be expected to support other activities and manage customer or supplier relationships.
