Customer Service Operations Manager

At Redmore Recruitment Limited, we are looking to recruit a Customer Service Team Leader to support our client’s After Care Customer Service division.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service professional to take on a Team Leadership role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading a team of Customer Service advisors to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Managing and developing the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Working closely with the management team to implement process improvements and drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in a Customer Service leadership role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- A strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
We offer a competitive salary of £29k-£32k and a comprehensive benefits package.
Working hours are between 8am-8pm, Monday to Friday, with two Saturdays per month.
