About the Role:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Sainsbury's. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our brand, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience in our stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a high level of customer service.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments and returns.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, advising customers on products and services.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the store, participating in visual merchandising and stock management activities.

Requirements:
