Job Title: HR Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at UK Skyborne Inhouse Careers. As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our internal recruitment process and ensuring a smooth and positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor absences, sign up new employees for health insurance and life assurance, complete references for staff who have left, and respond to queries.
  • Issue contracts and send pre-starting documentation to new staff.
  • Keep HR files up to date for all staff.
  • Conduct inductions for new staff.
  • Liaise with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, educate them on timelines and best practices, and support in JD creation and development.
  • Upload jobs to relevant recruitment platforms, analyze effectiveness, and inform future campaigns.
  • Provide feedback to recruiting managers, screen candidate CVs, and update the Smart Recruiters system accordingly.
  • Review applications against required criteria, check documents for minimum requirements, and notify unsuccessful applicants.
  • Support the interviewing process by arranging interviews and assessments.

Requirements:

  • An administration/coordination background, ideally within Recruitment.
  • Working knowledge of online recruitment job boards.
  • Experience of working with an ATS.
  • Drive and passion to deliver, exceptional candidate experience, excellent organizational, planning, and prioritizing skills, team work, and a collaborative approach.
  • A customer-focused mindset, resilience, and ability to work under pressure, excellent attention to detail, and IT literacy.

Additional Information:

This is a part-time, permanent opportunity with 20 hours per week, flexible on days. The position is based at Gloucestershire Airport. We offer a competitive benefits package, including a pro-rata salary of £14,500 - £15,500 per annum, 6.6 weeks annual leave, pension scheme, health insurance, and death in service benefit.
