Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the response to safety, quality, and compliance deficiencies arising from audits and occurrence reports. This will involve demonstrating acceptable standards and compliance within regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the maintenance of a safe, efficient, and compliant working environment that satisfies various audits.
  • Develop and improve policy, procedure, and practices in the maintenance environment.
  • Implement safety policies and inform human factor considerations.
  • Participate in the development and delivery of initial and continuation training to staff at all levels in the department.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of Part-145, Part-CAMO, and Part-66 regulations.
  • Foundation Degree in Aerospace Engineering or Aerospace Apprenticeship with industry working experience, ideally holding a Part-66 AML.
Security Clearance:

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain BPSS Clearance.
