The role involves coordinating the response to safety, quality, and compliance deficiencies arising from audits and occurrence reports. This requires demonstrating acceptable standards and compliance within regulatory frameworks.

Day-to-day, you will support the maintenance of a safe, efficient, and compliant working environment that satisfies various audits. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and improving policy, procedure, and practices in the maintenance environment.
  • Implementing safety policies and informing human factor considerations.
  • Participating in the development and delivery of initial and continuation training to staff at all levels in the department.

This role is full-time and based onsite at Staverton (Gloucestershire Airport). Essential experience includes knowledge of Part-145, Part-CAMO, and Part-66 regulations.

Qualifications for the role include a Foundation Degree in Aerospace Engineering or an Aerospace Apprenticeship with industry working experience, ideally holding a Part-66 AML.

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain BPSS Clearance.
