About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at D2M Innovation. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in managing new enquiries and ensuring our projects move smoothly through each stage of development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle new client enquiries, guiding them through our process and ensuring all necessary information is collected.
• Track proposals sent to potential clients, follow up to address any questions, and ensure they have everything they need to move forward.
• Oversee the progress of ongoing projects, ensuring they move forward efficiently, and support our designers by coordinating their activities.
• Manage project timelines, allocate resources effectively, and help ensure designers understand their roles and responsibilities.
• Provide guidance and support to our design team, making sure they have all the information and resources needed to deliver projects successfully.

Requirements:

We are looking for a proactive individual with a growth mindset, who is comfortable and confident on the phone, and enjoys building relationships with clients. You should have strong organisational skills and be able to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. Prior experience in a project management, account management, or similar role is preferred but not essential.
