Educated Appointments is delighted to be representing a North East training provider in recruiting a Payroll Apprenticeship Tutor.

The organisation offers Apprenticeships, Skills Bootcamps, Short Courses and Learner Loans. They are an Ofsted rated GOOD provider.

This role involves working remotely as a Payroll Tutor, teaching and managing learning and training on a range of payroll courses to progress apprentices through a period of learning that enhances their ability to perform in their current role to the highest standard.

**Job Responsibilities**
  1. Deliver high-quality training sessions to payroll apprentices using a range of teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and overcome challenges to achieve individual learning goals.
  2. Facilitate classroom instruction and hands-on training to ensure apprentices acquire the necessary skills and knowledge for their role.
  3. Collaborate with the curriculum development team to create, update, and enhance course materials, lesson plans, and assessments that align with current industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  4. Monitor apprentice progression and ensure all forms of delivery, learning, and assessment for each element of the apprenticeship/qualification are completed.
  5. Maintain accurate records via the E-portfolio system and ensure evidence for all visits is readily available and accessible for audit and quality purposes.

The estimated salary for this position is around £30,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
