Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at German Doner Kebab. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and driving revenue growth in our restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain brand standards and policies across all restaurant locations
  • Develop and lead a high-performing team to deliver industry-leading guest service
  • Manage store operational requirements, including scheduling, employee management, and inventory control
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and health and hygiene standards
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
  • Manage controllable costs to maintain profitability
  • Provide excellent management guidance and training to team members
  • Maintain a secure, safe, and healthy environment for team members and guests
  • Identify and address guest complaints and comments

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest service and driving revenue growth
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to implement and maintain brand standards and policies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
