We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at German Doner Kebab. As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the restaurant team to achieve sales and profit targets
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Train and develop team members to improve their skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and increase sales
- Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services
- Perform other duties as required to support the smooth operation of the restaurant
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Operations Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food safety, health and safety, and customer service
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
