We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our community pub in Perton, Wolverhampton. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
- Develop and implement business plans to improve sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the pub, including inventory management, stock control, and cash handling.
- Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and local stakeholders to drive business growth and improve reputation.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions.
