We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our community pub in Perton, Wolverhampton. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
- Develop and implement business strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the pub, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and financial management.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and implement menu changes and promotions to drive sales growth.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
