We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our community pub in Perton, Wolverhampton. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
- Monitor and control costs, ensuring efficient use of resources
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements

The pub benefits from a drinking area at the bar, separate seating for dining guests, as well as pool table, darts throw, TVs, and big screen. There is also a lounge area and glass conservatory, making it the perfect spot for every occasion.
With a strong Head Chef in place, you'll have the opportunity to bolster the front-of-house team and drive sales growth through innovative marketing and customer engagement strategies.
Live-in accommodation is available above the pub, consisting of 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and bathroom.
