Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at German Doner Kebab. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, driving sales growth, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain brand standards and policies across the restaurant
  • Lead by example and consistently deliver industry-leading guest service
  • Manage store operational requirements, including scheduling and assigning employees
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and health and hygiene standards
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
  • Manage controllable costs to maintain profitability
  • Provide excellent management guidance to team members, including training and development
  • Maintain a secure, safe, and healthy environment for team members and guests
  • Identify and address guest complaints and comments
  • Establish and maintain relationships with guests to understand their needs and preferences

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of management experience in the hospitality industry
  • 1+ year of hospitality experience
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
