Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement occupational health strategies to meet business needs.
  • Lead OH service delivery, including external supplier management.
  • Manage the governance of the OH team, complaint investigations, and associated activities.
  • Assist with budget and resource planning.
  • Provide high-level support to the nursing team and safety colleagues.

Requirements

  1. Significant experience in Occupational Health service delivery and management.
  2. A competitive salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum.
