Job Title: Director of Financial Strategy and Operations
We are seeking an experienced Director of Financial Strategy and Operations to join our finance team at CV Library. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our financial planning and analysis processes, working closely with department heads to set financial targets and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Budgeting: Develop and implement the annual budgeting process, ensuring timely and accurate submissions to senior management.
- Financial Forecasting: Create reliable financial forecasts for short-term and long-term planning purposes, utilising historical data, market trends, and business insights.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial analysis of the company's performance, comparing actual results to budget and forecasts.
- Management Reporting: Lead the month-end management reporting process, collaborating with the Controller, Group Finance, and regional Finance teams.
