Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have expertise in financial management, contract negotiation, and risk assessment. They will lead a team of commercial professionals, develop cost plans, and manage budgets to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
  1. Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve business objectives.
  2. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to secure favourable terms.
  3. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate commercial risks associated with projects.
  4. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of commercial professionals to achieve project goals.
Requirements:
  • Education: Degree in a relevant field such as Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Business Administration.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a senior commercial role within the construction industry.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and leadership abilities.
