Care Team Lead for Residential Settings

We are seeking a Care Team Lead for Residential Settings to join our team, who will be responsible for supporting, directing, and utilizing staff and resources on-shift to ensure the home achieves its strategic aims.
This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and inspire staff to deliver high-quality care. The successful candidate will maintain relationships with children, parents, social workers, school staff, and other professionals.

- Ensure high-quality care is provided
A competitive salary of £40,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered, plus benefits including access to training and learning opportunities, wellbeing initiatives, life assurance, and enhanced sick pay.
