Senior Children's Care Home Operations Manager

As a Registered Manager in their Children's Residential Home, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of a residential children's care home and leading a team of dedicated care professionals. This encompasses resource and personnel management, quality assurance, and compliance with relevant regulations and procedures.
Based in an undisclosed location, this is a full-time, permanent position working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. This opportunity offers a salary of £42,000 - £45,250 depending on experience and qualifications.

The day to day
- Directing the operations of a residential children's care home.
- Leading and supporting a team of dedicated care professionals, guiding them from recruitment through ongoing growth and development.
- Supervising and upholding the implementation of exemplary childcare practices.
- Effectively overseeing both physical and financial resources as well as personnel.
- Guaranteeing the highest standards of service quality and unwavering adherence to relevant regulations and procedures.
You will have/be
- Minimum of Children and Young People's Workforce Diploma Level 3.
- Significant experience in a supervision/management role working with children with complex requirements in a residential establishment.
- A full UK driving licence to meet travel requirements.
