Senior Residential Children's Worker required for a children's home in Chevington, Suffolk. Working in partnership with Shire Healthcare, we are committed to delivering high-quality children's services.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will provide support to children with EBD, working 38 hours per week plus sleep ins. The estimated annual salary is £13,800 - £14,560, including a £64 per night sleep-in allowance. On average, you can expect to complete around 5 sleep-ins per month.
The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 or 4 Residential Childcare qualification and a commitment to providing person-centred support. Key responsibilities include safeguarding vulnerable children, pursuing continuous professional development, and covering other homes when required.
