Leaders in Care is seeking a Senior Care Professional to manage their residential care home in Cramlington. As a leader in the care sector, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality care that meets the unique needs of each resident. About the RoleThe Senior Care Professional will be responsible for:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the residential care facility
- Ensuring compliance with CQC care standards and regulatory requirements
- Leading and guiding staff members
- Overseeing medication administration and ensuring protocol compliance
- Developing and implementing individualised care plans for residents
- Coordinating home care services and liaising with healthcare professionals
- Annual salary of £55,000
