Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for:
- Leading the management of seven children's homes, ensuring exceptional care and support for each young person.
- Overseeing daily operations, including admissions, service expansion, and staff training.
- Developing and implementing strategies to achieve Ofsted registration success for individual homes.
- Collaborating with Registered Managers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management or a relevant degree.
- Substantial experience working with children with learning disabilities in residential care settings.
- Proven expertise in Ofsted inspections, compliance, and regulations.
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus various benefits, including:
