About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our sales efforts in MRO Engineering and Industrial Distribution. As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth in these key markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in MRO Engineering and Industrial Distribution
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in non-automotive markets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Provide sales and market insights to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of sales success in MRO Engineering and Industrial Distribution
  • Strong relationships with key customers and partners
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of IT literacy, particularly in sales and marketing tools
