The successful candidate will be based in our Leeds headquarters and work closely with our customer support team.
About the RoleAs a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving issues efficiently.
You will enjoy working at pace, being part of a successful team, have an interest in technology, and a drive to serve customers.
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus 27 days annual leave (rising to 30 days with service) and 8 bank holidays.
