Job Title: Workshop - Warehouse Supervisor

Description:

Get Staffed Online Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Workshop - Warehouse Supervisor to join their growing production team. As a Workshop - Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring quality control and delivering excellent service to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for Goods in and out, and loading and unloading of deliveries
  2. Liaise with the Production Manager to plan for upcoming delivery deadlines
  3. Maintain the goods in area keeping it clear at all times
  4. Overseeing and ensuring quality control measures during the wrapping and packing stage of production
  5. Weekly cleaning rota of warehouse and workshop
  6. Recycling packaging
  7. Maintaining the temperature control of the workshop and offices
  8. Co-ordinating the projects to make space in workshop
  9. Stock control of workshop consumables and PPE
  10. Report to the Production Manager and Office team when necessary
  11. To comply with all company policies and procedures surrounding Health and Safety
  12. Adhere to procedures relating to the proper use and care of equipment
  13. Assisting in the machine shop (training will be given)

Requirements:

  1. Good communication skills with internal and external customers
  2. Experience and relevant licence or certificate to operate a Forklift, would be desirable, but not essential as training will be provided
  3. A good level of fitness as the role will be physical
  4. Quality Control experience is desirable

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour day (7:30 am - 4:00 pm) Overtime (not guaranteed but often available)
