The role involves working in tandem with a Biacore Field Application Specialist who provides advanced technical support and training to customers. You will learn the fundamentals of Biacore technology and lead complex sales negotiations for high-value capital equipment. Your daily work will be varied, including planning sales visits, conducting activities to generate new leads, and running product demonstrations, training workshops, seminars, exhibitions, and promotional events.

You will work closely with colleagues, including account managers and other specialists, to achieve business targets. To succeed in this role, you should have experience managing a field sales territory and excellent communication skills. A university-level degree in a Life Science related discipline is essential, along with the ability to travel regularly. You must also be able to communicate effectively with customers and manage your time efficiently to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
