About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Efficacy Specialist to join our Chemical Regulation and Food Safety Practice. This role involves working with a team to prepare regulatory dossiers for plant protection products, including biopesticides.

Main Responsibilities

  • Writing Biological Assessment Dossiers and concise evaluation documents to EU/UK requirements.
  • Writing efficacy sections of new active substance dossiers in OECD and IUCLID formats.
  • Undertaking Data Gap Analyses of client's existing efficacy data sets.
  • Maintaining technical expertise through attendance of relevant training courses and conferences.
  • Strong regulatory understanding with respect to efficacy data requirements for plant protection products.
  • Agronomic background gained from conducting efficacy field trials or managing other agronomic testing of plant protection products.
  • Strong team-worker with excellent project management skills, motivated, assertive, and capable of sound decision-making.

Key Requirements

  • Management level experience in a related field.
  • Strong understanding of EU local (country-specific) regulations for efficacy (advantageous).

Compensation Package

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. The package includes comprehensive health insurance, flexible work arrangements, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
