**Regulatory Operations Associate - Biocide & Disinfectants New Launch**

**Your responsibilities**:

- Assist delivery of product dossiers, maintenance, updates, and renewals using relevant software as required, including IUCLID & R4BP-3 entry for EU submissions.
- As required, attend meetings with regulatory or other external bodies to better define our regulatory strategy / submission plans.
- Ensure high quality and accuracy of Biocide & Disinfectant dossiers across the lifecycle of the dossier in line with agreed requirements. Highlight and address any potential issues, working with relevant functions to ensure optimum delivery.
- Work in partnership with the local regulatory teams to identify and be aware of key Regulatory requirements relating to Biocides & Disinfectants in EU and Rest of World. Ensure all requirements are addressed in the dossier regulatory strategies to deliver a ‘right first time’ approach to product development.

**The experience we're looking for**:

- Knowledge of Biocides & Disinfectants Regulations for EU and rest of World. For EU BPR, Biocide active / or biocide product dossier creation submission, update and renewal requirements including use of IUCLID/ R4BP 3 for EU submission.
- Technical awareness of Chemistry, Efficacy, Toxicology / Ecotoxicology data with respect to regulatory submission requirements.
- Knowledge of the EU and Rest of world Biocides & Disinfectant regulatory environment and how it impacts regulatory dossier development.
- Ability to communicate regulatory requirements to non-regulators.
- Understanding of Biocide & Disinfectant product development practice, regulations, and guidelines.
- Familiarity with factors likely to influence the regulatory environment, including new and emerging guidelines relevant to EU BPR & Rest of World Product dossier delivery.
