Early Careers Advisor and Coach

We are a leading law firm with a global reach, seeking an Early Careers HR Advisor to join our dynamic HR team. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to shape the future of our trainees, playing a key role in the development, growth, and talent pipeline of our business.

The Role
  • Work closely with our HR team and business partners to ensure the highest level of development for our trainees.
  • Oversee future trainee communications, arrange integration events, conduct progress chats, handle offer paperwork and Law Society registration processes.
  • Manage trainee ER issues, monitor trainee utilisation, ensure delivery of required training, and plan the firm's Newly Qualified (NQ) processes.
  • Project management skills and experience in planning and organising multiple tasks are essential.
  • A background in HR within the legal sector is desirable, but not essential.
