Job Overview:

As the Head of Branded Partnerships for Hyperoptic's Infrastructure Build, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with third-party Business Partners. This includes ensuring value for money, operational execution, and performance in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities:

Contract & Commercial Negotiation: Lead rate card negotiations, ensuring Business Partners provide cost-effective services while maintaining high quality.Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strategic relationships with Business Partners, driving continuous improvement in value, quality, and service delivery.Commercial & Financial Accountability:
  • Cost Governance: Oversee the overall governance of spend, optimizing cost per unit for Business Partners (continuously assessing volume/value/tenure levers). Ensure alignment with financial forecasts and budgetary controls.
  • Financial Forecasting & Reporting: Provide financial insights and regular cost forecasting to support planning, budgeting, and performance management.
  • Value for Money: Ensure value-for-money execution through robust commercial terms and constant evaluation of supplier performance against agreed cost and quality metrics.
SLA & Quality Management:
  • Performance Tracking: Collaborate with the Business Intelligence (BI) team to develop dashboards that monitor KPIs, ensuring adherence to SLAs and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement strong QA processes to verify supplier deliverables, driving accountability and ensuring quality standards are consistently met.
Team Management:
  • Performance Management: Set clear objectives, monitor progress, and regularly review team performance to ensure that both individual and collective goals are met.


Requirements:
