Conference Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced events professional to join our team as an Event Manager - Part-time. This is a fixed-term position for 12 months, providing maternity cover for an absent member of staff.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a portfolio of events, including the CSaP annual conference, policy workshops, and other high-quality online and in-person events. This role requires excellent organisational skills, customer care, and event management principles.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate logistics, manage invitations and registrations, and source venues for events.
- Support the Policy Leaders and Dowling Policy Fellowships in event delivery.
Candidates should be educated to at least A-level standard or have equivalent qualifications. Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism are essential in interactions with stakeholders. The role is based on a part-time schedule of 36.5 hours per week.
The estimated salary for this role is around £35,000-£40,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. We welcome applications from individuals who wish to discuss flexible working arrangements.
