Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Venue Operations Coordinator to join our team at BLW Recruitment LTD. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the front of house services and staff in various areas, ensuring exceptional cleanliness and food hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise front of house services and staff, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene.
  • Ensure all areas, including cafeterias, storerooms, and conference facilities, are clean and tidy.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs.
  • Develop and implement cost-effective casual staff rotas.
  • Provide coaching and training to staff on College service etiquette and protocols.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in hospitality or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
