About the Role
We are looking for an HR Business Partner Assistant to support our People Operations team at Peabody. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for establishing and preserving strong relationships with internal colleagues, providing accurate and timely customer service, and resolving People transactions and administration queries.
You will work closely with the People Advisors and Operations Manager daily to achieve shared goals, playing an active role within the team. Your typical day will involve reviewing a colleague's DBS application, ensuring it is processed as soon as possible, as well as carrying out data entry and data maintenance in our people systems.
To succeed in this role, you must be highly organized, able to adapt and be flexible, with the ability to juggle multiple different tasks at the same time. Attention to detail is crucial, as well as the ability to work independently, exercising good initiative and judgement.
We offer a competitive salary of £27,500 - £29,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as 30 days' annual holiday, plus bank holidays, and two additional paid volunteering days each year.
