Your primary focus will be on collecting, analysing, and interpreting HR data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improving HR processes and initiatives.

  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand data requirements and develop reports and analytics to meet their needs.">
  • Collecting, collating, and analysing HR data from various sources, employee surveys, performance evaluations, and other relevant systems.">
  • Using data analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns, correlations, and insights related to HR metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).">

Requirements

Salary Range

The estimated annual salary for this position is £40,000 - £60,000 depending on location and experience.
