We are recruiting for an experienced Care Companion to provide live-in care services to our client in Swindon.

About the Role

This is a challenging yet rewarding role, requiring the successful candidate to provide high-quality care and support to our client. The role involves hoist use, immobile client support, pad changing, and medication administration.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing excellent care and support to the client
  • Using a hoist to assist with client transfers
  • Supporting immobile clients with daily living activities
  • Changing pads and managing continence care
  • Administering medication as prescribed
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • At least 6 months of UK care experience
  • Experience with hoist and stoma care
  • Male carers only
  • Fluency in English with a British accent
  • Valid DBS on the update service

Please note that skilled worker visa holders are not eligible for this position.

Remuneration and Benefits

The salary for this position is £725 per week, paid for a duration of 3-5 weeks. This competitive pay rate reflects the level of expertise required for the role.
