About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Scheme Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of two retirement living schemes in Swindon and Chipping Norton. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring residents feel safe, supported, and valued in their communities.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience in managing staff and coordinating care services. They will also have a passion for delivering high-quality care that meets the needs of older adults.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage the overall operation of the retirement living schemes, including supervising staff and implementing policies and procedures.
  • To coordinate care services with external partners and stakeholders, ensuring seamless delivery of care to residents.
  • To develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, and community groups, promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity.
  • To ensure the schemes meet all regulatory requirements, maintaining compliance with relevant legislation and standards.

Salary Information:

The estimated salary range for this role is £25-£30 per hour, depending on experience. The annual salary would be approximately £40,000-£50,000 per annum, based on a 25-hour workweek.
