Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Team Leader to join our Supported Living Service in Swindon. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of care staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care to children and young people aged 5-18.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver excellent care services.
  2. Develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each child.
  3. Provide regular supervision and training to the team to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional care.
  4. Foster strong relationships with families, schools, and other professionals to support the needs of the children.
  5. Ensure the service operates in compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory role within a care or supported living setting.
  • Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Able to motivate and guide a team.
