We are seeking a dedicated Care Support Worker to join our team in Swindon, supporting children and young people with complex needs.
About the Role:
As a Care Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing person-centred care and support to residents in a 6-bed supported living service. This will include:
- Participating in key work sessions
- Organising activities and events
- Providing domestic duties, including laundry and cooking
- Assisting with personal care and medication administration
- Transporting residents to appointments and activities
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience working with children and young people with complex needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
