Care Support Worker Role

We are seeking a dedicated Care Support Worker to join our team in Swindon, supporting children and young people with complex needs.

About the Role:

As a Care Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing person-centred care and support to residents in a 6-bed supported living service. This will include:

  • Participating in key work sessions
  • Organising activities and events
  • Providing domestic duties, including laundry and cooking
  • Assisting with personal care and medication administration
  • Transporting residents to appointments and activities

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working with children and young people with complex needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Willingness to participate in training and development opportunities
