We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Assistant to join our team at caring@Home Ltd. As a key member of our caregiving team, you will provide exceptional support and care to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

The role involves supporting our clients with various daily tasks, including personal hygiene care, meal preparation and serving, medication assistance, light cleaning and laundry duties, night care, respite care, social calls, emotional support, and activities/outings.

You will also accompany clients to medical appointments and assist with transportation when required.

Monitoring and reporting any changes in clients' conditions to healthcare professionals is another crucial aspect of the job.

You will be required to complete paperwork and gather information for online systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality personal care services to clients
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare and serve meals, as well as assist with feeding and hydration
  • Administer medication as directed by clients' healthcare providers
  • Accompany clients to medical appointments and assist with transportation

Requirements:

  • A valid driving licence
  • A car for use during working hours
  • The right to work in the UK (for applicants without EU/EEA/Swiss nationality)
