**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care and Support Professional to join our team as a Bank Care Assistant at one of our care homes in Swindon. As a Bank Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standard of care and support for our residents.

The ideal candidate will have experience of caring for older people, a can-do approach, and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for providing person-centered care, supporting residents with their daily needs, and promoting their independence and well-being.
