We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant.

This is a full-time, long-term opportunity starting from January, working 1:1 with students across all year groups in a GOOD Ofsted rating Primary School based in Redbridge.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with autism or similar conditions, either in a school setting or care environment.

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support students' academic, personal, and social development, making a positive impact on their lives.

The role requires patience, understanding, and creativity, providing tailored support to meet the diverse needs of each student.

A competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, reflects the importance of this position in shaping young minds.

You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans, leveraging your skills and knowledge to enhance the educational experience.
