About the Role:
Simply Education Ltd is seeking a dynamic and resilient Teaching Assistant to join our team and work collaboratively in SEN schools. As a Teaching Assistant, you will support vulnerable students with a range of different needs, fostering a positive learning environment and promoting academic success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Building Positive Relationships: Establishing trusting and positive relationships with students is essential. You will create a supportive and nurturing environment where students feel safe to express themselves and seek help when needed.
  • Assisting with Classroom Activities: You will support the delivery of lessons by assisting students during class activities, providing one-on-one instruction, and adapting teaching materials to meet the needs of students.
  • Supporting Students with Different Needs: You will work with students who have a range of different needs, including those with physical, emotional, and learning disabilities.

Requirements:
• A strong understanding of behaviour management strategies
• The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A patient and empathetic approach to working with students
