Job Title: New Homes Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Part Time New Homes Sales Consultant to join our team at William H Brown. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating sales and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

About the Role:

The primary purpose of this role is to sell new homes to potential buyers, guiding them through the process from initial meeting to handover of their new home. You will be the primary point of contact for homebuyers, building confidence and trust with them by selling the features and benefits of our home products and homebuilding experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effectively manage sales generation by utilizing development, marketing materials, model homes, local resources, and developer relationships.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to homebuyers, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Build relationships with potential homebuyers, identifying their needs and matching related solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the business.
Requirements:
  • Preferably experience in New Homes Sales with a builder/developer or transferable Sales experience such as Estate Agent, Sales Negotiator, Lettings Sales, Car Sales, or similar.
  • Able to build relationships and deliver sales in a target-driven environment.
  • Outstanding customer care/customer service experience.
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented.
  • Self-motivated, able to work autonomously, and act on your own initiative.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
